I have always been passionate about beer and for me, as a German, craft beer has deep roots, ingrained in long tradition. The process of fermenting, making cheeses, breads and whatever great natural and pure foods and drinks with so many flavors possible to create, became an area I got really hooked on many years ago.
With an agricultural science and business degree I worked several decades in the food and beverage industry in Germany, Australia, Asia and US. Brewing craft beers is for me a combination of just the right amount of art, creativity and science.
Here I like to share with many others an interest in craft beers.
